We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to help lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment. As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the leadership team, coaching team members, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier hospitality.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Coach and support team members throughout the shift
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with training and onboarding new employees
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Shift Leader Requirements:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
