**Relocation to Central PA**

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing and highly respected financial institution. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, profitability, growth initiatives, and overall financial strategy of the organization and holding company.

The ideal candidate is a strong financial leader with extensive banking experience, a deep understanding of financial operations and regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to drive organizational growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and partnership development.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, growth, liquidity, and capital management
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis
  • Manage profitability objectives across business units, customer segments, and product lines
  • Direct investment portfolio performance and financial risk management initiatives
  • Evaluate and support expansion opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Oversee facilities management, contract administration, and vendor negotiations
  • Coordinate shareholder reporting and maintain strong relationships with auditors, consultants, attorneys, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, operational, and risk management standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of financial leadership and general management experience within banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial strategy, accounting, audit, economic analysis, and operational systems
  • Proven success driving growth, profitability, and organizational performance
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams, Boards, auditors, and regulatory examiners
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Advanced degree in Finance and/or CPA preferred
