We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multifamily apartment communities. This individual will be responsible for driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and overall property operations while ensuring communities are maintained to the highest standards.

Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of multifamily or residential property management experience
  • Strong understanding of apartment operations, occupancy, and leasing
  • Experience managing budgets and property financials
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or Buildium preferred

Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with multifamily apartment communities
  • Background in residential property management companies
  • Exposure to mixed-use or portfolio property environments
  • Experience within REIT or real estate investment organizations

Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of apartment communities to ensure smooth and efficient management
  • Build and maintain strong resident relationships, providing exceptional customer service
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, and retention initiatives
  • Manage property budgets, expenses, and maximize financial performance
  • Coordinate maintenance operations and vendor relationships for optimal property upkeep
  • Address resident concerns and escalations with professionalism
  • Lead, develop, and support onsite teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational processes and portfolio performance
