Business Development Representative (IT Services & AI Solutions)

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
  • Prior experience within IT services, IT consulting, managed services, or technology solutions environments
  • Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience targeting US-based clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience generating and qualifying leads for sales teams
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and target-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and engage stakeholders effectively

Must Haves

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Research target accounts, organizational structures, and key buying stakeholders to identify sales opportunities
  • Generate qualified meetings and demos for client partners and sales executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to support outbound campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Build and nurture outbound lead pipelines aligned with IT services, automation, AI, and managed services offerings
  • Consistently achieve or exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets
  • Support sales leadership with market intelligence and account engagement insights
