Qualifications for Sous Chef:

• 3+ years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong tenure and proven career progression
• Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and kitchen financials
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
