We are seeking a highly organized Private Brands Coordinator to support retail and wholesale private label initiatives, manage critical documentation and workflows, and partner closely with multiple departments to ensure customer programs launch successfully and stay on track.

Private Brands Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Background in CPG, foodservice, retail support, sales coordination, or marketing coordination
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and customer deliverables simultaneously
- Strong administrative and project coordination skills
- Experience supporting retailer programs, item setup, or customer onboarding processes
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
- High attention to detail with documentation, pricing, specifications, and tracking tools
Must-haves:
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects between sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing
- Ability to maintain organized records, retailer requirements, and workflow timelines
- Comfortable preparing presentations, customer-facing materials, and follow-up documentation
- Strong follow-through and urgency in managing deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to support promotional planning, pricing updates, and retailer submissions
- Professional and polished communication style
Private Brands Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with private label or branded retail programs
- Exposure to retailer portals, distributor support, or packaging coordination
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Familiarity with syndicated reporting or category data tools
- Food manufacturing or frozen food industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational discipline and problem-solving ability
