- Deep experience in the restaurant industry, including bartending, and serving
- Outgoing, high-energy personality with a genuine love for people
- Willingness to jump in and complete any task, setting high standards for service and teamwork
Lead Bartender & Sales Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in event planning and group sales
- Comfort consulting on menus, beverages, and event logistics
- Appreciation for wilderness, rural life, and small-town community
- Affinity with hospitality mission tied to lodge or resort settings
Lead Bartender & Sales Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Bartend during peak times, help with liquor inventory control, ordering and menu development
- Meet with prospective event clients, consulting on all details from menus to audio-visual needs
- Coordinate event requirements and updates across all relevant departments
- Collaborate with management, ownership, and marketing on promotions and guest experience initiatives
- Interact frequently with the bookkeeper and front desk for operational alignment
