The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in high-volume fine dining
- A proven track record of leadership, career progression, and strong tenure
- Demonstrated success managing $12–15 million in annual sales volume
- A people-first leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of fine dining cuisine, wine, and elevated service standards
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of up to 80 team members
- Driving sales growth and operational performance
- Ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the team on a daily basis
- Maintaining high standards of service, hospitality, and execution
