Quality Manager – Manufacturing (Hands-On Leader)

We’re hiring a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality across manufacturing operations and global suppliers. This is a high-visibility, working leadership role—you’ll be on the production floor daily, solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Own daily quality performance on the production floor—investigate defects, lead containment, and fix root causes
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and CAPA processes
• Lead supplier quality & audits (domestic + international) and drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with retailer standards, QAFA, and SMETA audits
• Analyze data to reduce scrap, rework, returns, and customer complaints
• Lead continuous improvement / Lean initiatives and build KPI tracking

What You Bring

• 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience (hands-on leadership required)
• Metal and Consumer Products manufacturing experience (required)
• Experience with QAFA and SMETA audits (required)
• Strong background in root cause analysis, process control, and supplier quality
• Ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast-paced environment
• Lean / Six Sigma and ERP experience (SAP a plus)
