A high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop strong teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance service execution with strong operational discipline. The ideal candidate brings energy, accountability, and the ability to motivate teams while driving profitability and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead FOH operations in a high-volume environment
- Strong background in staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- Experience training, coaching, and developing hourly team members
- Ability to maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during high-energy service periods
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in casual dining, sports bar, or high-volume restaurant concepts
- Strong understanding of sales performance and financial accountability
- Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented culture
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence during peak service
