We are hiring a Director of Growth Marketing – Subscriptions / SaaS to join a fast-growing technology company in the digital media and creator economy space.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on growth marketer who has experience scaling subscription-based SaaS platforms through user acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion optimization. You will play a key role in driving recurring revenue growth while helping shape the future of a rapidly growing platform and brand.

Director of Growth Marketing, Subscription/SaaS Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing or subscription-based digital marketing
  • Proven success scaling B2C, DTC, or subscription SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • GA4
    • Performance dashboards and funnel analytics
  • Experience building and optimizing:
    • Landing pages
    • Email campaigns
    • Conversion funnels
    • Demand generation campaigns
  • Ability to operate strategically while also executing marketing initiatives directly
  • Experience working in startup, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and stakeholders
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment

Director of Growth Marketing, Subscription/SaaS Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid social, content, and demand generation channels
  • Drive subscription revenue growth and user engagement initiatives
  • Own marketing analytics, KPIs, and funnel optimization efforts
  • Develop and execute creator-focused marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams on onboarding, UX, and retention improvements
  • Build scalable marketing processes and growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Present campaign performance, growth initiatives, and marketing insights to leadership

Director of Growth Marketing, Subscription/SaaS Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital media, creator economy, entertainment, or music technology
  • Experience with creator/influencer partnerships and community-led marketing
  • Experience producing or overseeing digital/video marketing content
  • Prior experience building or scaling marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding and retention strategies
