We are searching for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer who will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the overall marketing vision for a fast-growing, multi-concept hospitality company.

This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction – overseeing brand development, storytelling, and integrated marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, private membership clubs, event venues, and lifestyle experiences.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-unit brands
  • Proven success leading marketing for restaurants, hotels, or hospitality-driven businesses
  • Deep expertise across:
  • Digital marketing
  • Content creation and production
  • Social media strategy
  • Public relations
  • Traditional marketing channels
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
