General Manager – Growing Fast Casual Restaurant Group
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to join a rapidly growing fast casual restaurant group with exciting expansion plans ahead.
If you have proven fast casual leadership experience, a passion for team development, and are excited to grow with a company opening multiple new locations, we want to hear from you.
General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
- Drive daily operations while maintaining exceptional service and food quality
- Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
- Execute systems, standards, and processes to ensure operational excellence
- Take ownership of problem-solving and decision-making on the floor
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and future growth initiatives
General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual setting
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Excellent attention to detail — the little things matter
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Self-starter who can think independently and act decisively
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence
