Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment efficiently and accurately
- Perform repairs involving diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and driveline components
- Partner closely with the Service Manager to identify repair priorities and communicate equipment issues clearly
- Complete preventative maintenance services and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and work orders
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
- Support overall shop operations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Heavy Truck Certifications required
- Strong hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy-duty truck systems
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
