What You’ll Do as a Lawn Crew Team Member

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and property care
• Operate landscaping and lawn equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, professional-looking properties for residential and commercial clients
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, spring/fall cleanups, and general outdoor labor
• Work closely with crew leaders to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally

What We’re Looking For in a Lawn Crew Team Member

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
