A rapidly growing Fast Casual restaurant group based on the north side of Chicago is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director to help lead and scale an emerging multi-unit concept with expansion plans already underway.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to step into a highly visible leadership role where you will directly influence operations, culture, systems, profitability, and future growth.

You’re more than an operations executive — you’re a builder, mentor, strategist, and culture driver.

You have a passion for developing people, creating operational excellence, and building scalable restaurant systems that support long-term growth. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and know how to balance hands-on leadership with strategic thinking.

Ideal Background:

• Fast Casual restaurant operations experience required

• Multi-unit leadership experience

• Experience scaling growing restaurant concepts

• Strong P&L and financial management skills

• Proven ability to develop leaders and strong teams

• Experience implementing systems, processes, and operational structure

• New store opening experience strongly preferred
