Restaurant District Manager – Columbia, SC

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of management experience, ideally in a multi-unit restaurant, c-store, or dollar retail environment overseeing 5–10 locations
  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills: able to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
  • Ability to travel locally among assigned stores on a daily basis

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in building strong management teams and developing talent
  • Comfortable driving operational improvements and fostering a positive workplace culture

District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop management teams across 6–7 restaurants in the Columbia area
  • Maximize sales and profits while setting the standard for outstanding guest service
  • Ensure operational activities are executed within company guidelines and brand standards
  • Support and drive internal training programs and cultural initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, analyzing sales, costs, and labor
  • Implement strategic plans and address operational challenges proactively
