  • Hours: 8:15am-5:30pm Mon-Thurs. and Fridays 8:15am-12:30pm (flexible based on customer needs)

FSE Qualifications Include:

  • 5-7 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
  • Proficiency with high-tolerance multi-axis alignment CNC equipment (5-axis strongly preferred)
  • Communicating with customers and responding to their concerns
  • This role is approximately 60% mechanical, and 40% electrical based, with some pneumatics. Ability to read circuit diagrams highly desired.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally for extended periods of time
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Degree or equivalent experience + some education
  • Strong communication and self-initiative

FSE Responsibilities Include:

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration and repair on EDM, Laser and STEM equipment
  • Axis alignment to ensure correct operation and functionality of machinery
  • Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and timely follow-up
  • Maintaining tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated
  • Meeting all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, renewals, and spare parts sales
  • Deliver training onsite and in-house
