High Volume, fast paced, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager, to join their BOH team, train then be ready to step into the Executive Kitchen Manager position

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
Financial accountability
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
Act as the right-hand person to Executive Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager
Strong corporate restaurant systems experience
Excellent communication skills and all-around team player
Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership abilities
Positive mindset and ability to get along with many different types of people
Experience working with a volume of 8M or higher
