High Volume, fast paced, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager, to join their BOH team, train then be ready to step into the Executive Kitchen Manager position

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
  • Cost Management – labor, food, supplies
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
  • Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Act as the right-hand person to Executive Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager Or Sous Chef
  • Strong corporate restaurant systems experience
  • Excellent communication skills and all-around team player
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership abilities
  • Positive mindset and ability to get along with many different types of people
  • Experience working with in an annual volume of $8 Million or higher
