Creative Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen activities to ensure efficient service and seamless execution
- Ensure all dishes meet consistent quality standards, highlighting Spanish-inspired cuisine
- Research and development of new menu items and the rotating seasonal menus and feature specials
- Lead, mentor, and support line cooks and prep team members
- Enforce kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, and cleanliness regulations
Creative Chef de Cuisine Requirements
- Prior experience as an Executive Sous, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef
- 3 to 5 years in a culinary management-leadership role
- Strong foundation in high-volume, scratch cooking, R&D, woodfire cookery, and menu development
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Up to date on industry and food trends
