The Role

As Factory Director, you will oversee all aspects of daily production, inventory management, and logistics. You’ll lead a team, ensure top-tier quality and safety standards, and continuously improve processes to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution to multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and cost controls

What You Bring

  • Experience leading production, commissary, warehouse, or factory operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly using data and operational insight
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel between locations

Schedule & Location

  • Location: Houston, TX (with travel between multiple sites)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
    • Flexibility required for occasional nights/weekends during peak seasons
