Overview:

Seeking a polished, strategic, and relationship-driven professional to lead an intimate team and engage at an exclusive local's social club. The Food & Beverage Manager will serve as the face of the club, cultivating relationships and ensuring an exceptional, personalized member experience while demonstrating service and beverage expertise.

F&B Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a seasonal and intentional bar program.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships members, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee the team training and role-modeling excellence to the team.
  • Maintain and analyze P&L for bar and beverage service.
  • Represent the club at external events, networking functions, and private gatherings.
  • Lead and mentor membership team members, fostering a culture of excellence and discretion.

F&B Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in private clubs or high-end hospitality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and experience inrunning beverage programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Passion for delivering a world-class member experience.
