A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support and enforce safety programs across a high-volume plant. This role is focused on maintaining compliance, driving safety awareness, and supporting a strong safety culture on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Support OSHA compliance, audits, and safety programs
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting (OSHA logs, training records, etc.)
• Deliver safety training (PPE, LOTO, forklift, emergency response)
• Partner with operations to identify hazards and drive improvements
• Track safety metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Forklift certification required
• Experience with safety training and incident investigations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred: Experience in automotive or aerospace environments
