Are you an accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment? We’re looking for a Hybrid Hospitality Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in the financial success of our hospitality operations.

This isn’t your typical back-office role—you’ll collaborate with operations, support real-time decision-making, and help drive profitability across multiple revenue streams. If you enjoy variety, visibility, and growth opportunities, this role delivers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own core accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Prepare monthly financial statements and provide actionable insights
• Monitor key hospitality revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events) and identify trends
• Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Conduct on-site audits and support operational teams when needed
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Assist with payroll, reporting, and audit preparation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator who enjoys working across teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
