A growing manufacturing company seeking a Director of Dealer Network Operations to lead dealer relationships, drive commercial growth, and strengthen customer support operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to help build structure, improve channel performance, and support long-term growth.

This position is located north of Atlanta, GA, and will require relocation.

Director of Dealer Network Operations Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, service, or channel management
• Experience managing dealer or distributor networks
• Background with industrial equipment, machinery, or automation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting quoting, forecasting, or customer solutions
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, evolving environment

Director of Dealer Network Operations  Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a national dealer network
• Recruit and onboard new dealer partners
• Support quoting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
• Oversee service support, installations, and customer escalations
• Assist with trade shows, marketing efforts, and dealer engagement
