Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities: 

  • Scratch Kitchen experience is a must – Our Chefs are definitely "working chefs" 
  • Ability to drive profitability and overall operational compliance
  • Build team talent and ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant
  • Drive sales by consistent high-quality food and service standards
  • Experience with a volume of at least $5 million in sales
  • Must have a background in fine dining, upscale dining
