Our established and highly regarded luxury hospitality client in Maui is seeking its next Assistant Concierge Manager. This role is perfect for a service-focused leader who thrives in a luxury setting, creating memorable guest experiences while developing a top-notch concierge team.

Assistant Concierge Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle VIP needs
  • Lead, train, and schedule the concierge team
  • Coach staff to meet luxury service standards
  • Build local vendor relationships and curate unique guest experiences
  • Stay current on Maui’s top events, attractions, and dining
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service
  • Manage guest requests, reservations, and systems
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism

Assistant Concierge Manager Qualifications & Certifications:

  • 2+ years of hotel leadership (concierge preferred)
  • Strong luxury guest service knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Hawaii Food Handler’s Card, Maui Liquor Card, Tuberculosis Clearance
  • Les Clefs d’Or membership preferred

Assistant Concierge Manager Compensation:

  • $75,000 – $83,000 base salary
  • Commission plus annual bonus
  • Generous relocation package
