The outgoing General Manager leads the team as the face of this family-friendly neighborhood restaurant. The primary responsibility is for the overall operation of the restaurant. Core responsibilities include performance, guest satisfaction, and increased sales and profitability, while actively ensuring the restaurant meets financial and operating goals. The General Manager serves as the face of the business in all aspects, including the day-to-day operation and within the communities in which they do business.

General Manager Job Requirements:

  • Hiring and Retention of team members by creating a culture focused on its people
  • Follows training programs to ensure all Team Members are trained to the highest standards possible
  • Sales Growth through operational excellence and being a brand ambassador of your community
  • Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability

General Manager Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a General Manager
  • Servant-leadership style and passion for people
  • Casual and fast-casual dining experience (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen — managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership in a high-energy, neighborhood-friendly restaurant
