An established, high-volume hospitality group celebrated for its vibrant dining destinations is seeking a dynamic director of operations for its flagship waterfront property. Director of Operations Benefits & Compensation

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ senior hospitality leadership experience (director, multi-unit GM, or equivalent)
- High-volume operations management ($10M+ in annual revenue preferred)
- Demonstrated success overseeing multiple outlets or complex operations
- Proven leadership of senior management teams (GMs, AGMs, department heads)
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and revenue scaling
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational skills
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in multi-concept hospitality environments
- Familiarity with restaurants integrating catering or event revenue streams
- Background navigating renovations or business transformations
- Exposure to both corporate and entrepreneurial hospitality settings
Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations across restaurant, bar, café, catering, and fast-casual outlets
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of GMs, AGMs, and department directors
- Drive revenue growth, cost controls, and operational efficiency across a $15M+ operation
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to maximize event and banquet business
- Execute operational strategies during renovation and contribute to expansion planning
- Act as key partner to ownership, influencing business growth and scalability
