Executive Chef

An iconic, destination dining establishment in the heart of Georgetown is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. This is a high-profile opportunity for a refined, hands-on leader who excels in elevated American cuisine, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader with strong operational and financial acumen who thrives in a people-first culture.

The Role

Lead all culinary operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and presentation
Set and uphold the highest standards in food quality and execution
Develop, mentor, and inspire a sophisticated culinary team
Partner on menu development, refinement, and seasonal innovation
Drive strong financial performance through disciplined cost and labor management
Ensure flawless compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

The Ideal Candidate

2–3+ years as an Executive Chef in an upscale, high-volume or luxury dining environment
Strong command of elevated American cuisine and contemporary techniques
Polished leadership style with a calm, confident presence under pressure
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
