Regional Director of Sales – Montreal, QC

A respected hospitality group is seeking a talented Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a portfolio of five properties in the Montreal market. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual sales leader to make a significant impact within an established organization known for its commitment to excellence and team development.

Regional Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • Proven experience in hotel sales leadership, ideally overseeing multiple properties or a regional portfolio
  • Strong background in both sales and revenue management
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and exceeding market benchmarks
  • Exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and development skills
  • Highly analytical with solid financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

Regional Director of Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement strategic sales initiatives for five properties to achieve and surpass revenue goals
  • Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
  • Mentor and support on-property sales teams, ensuring accountability and high performance
  • Collaborate with General Managers and operational leaders to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Drive new and existing business through proactive sales efforts and key account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Monitor sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of sales team members
