A respected restaurant group is seeking a dedicated General Manager to provide hands-on leadership at one of its vibrant, high-volume locations. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor teams, drive financial results, and champion exceptional guest experiences. With more locations planned, the ideal candidate is a multi unit General Manager currently – with growth into the Area position as more locations open.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a multi unit general manager for a full-service, high-volume restaurant, or similar proven leadership experience
  • Ability to work on-site at the restaurant
  • Manager food handler’s certification
  • Alcohol service certification

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with profit and loss statement management
  • Proficiency with organizing and maintaining documents and spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to multitask under pressure

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee daily operations, enforcing compliance with company procedures, guidelines, and financial targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant’s team; manage hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance
  • Build a positive work culture that emphasizes safety, accountability, and professional growth
  • Guide the location to achieve or exceed sales, cost of goods, labor, and profitability targets
  • Foster exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service standards, guest feedback, and restaurant atmosphere
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, facility upkeep, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Complete required documentation regarding staffing, incidents, and compliance in a thorough and timely manner
