Chef Operator Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong culinary background with scratch-cooked experience
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs

Chef Operator Must-Haves:

• Lead daily kitchen operations with hands-on involvement
• Drive profitability through cost management and accurate forecasting
• Implement and maintain operational systems and standards
• Act as the face of the brand, engaging team and guests

Chef Operator Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in fast-casual or high-volume scratch kitchen environments
• Culinary education or certifications a plus
• Track record of training and developing future leaders
• Familiarity with seasonal menu planning and sourcing practices
