Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service concept experience as a Restaurant Manager
- You must have a passion for genuine hospitality and be guest-first focused
- You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
- You must TRULY care about people, especially their team!
- Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- You will drive sales and guest satisfaction
- You will create a fun and safe work environment for team members
- You will work interchangeably in the Front and Back of the House to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
- You will ensure compliance with all employment policies
- Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred
