Family Ambassador Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident, personable, and comfortable guiding families through important life decisions
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
Family Ambassador Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience or general knowledge of the healthcare or senior living sector
- Genuine passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
- Naturally energetic with strong people skills
Family Ambassador Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families
- Build trust and provide support to families throughout their decision-making process
- Follow up with all prospects to drive move-ins and increase occupancy
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, and case managers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience
