We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead a busy, full-service restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, building strong teams, and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations across front and back of house
- Hire, train, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls
- Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Support initiatives that drive sales and overall business success
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
- Proven success in high-volume environments
- Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
