In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive daily operations, build team culture, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is ready to grow into a General Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver top-tier hospitality
  • Take an active role on the floor—leading shifts, supporting the team, and engaging with guests
  • Assist in managing labor, scheduling, and inventory to meet financial goals
  • Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service execution
  • Step in as the leader on duty when the General Manager is not present

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of restaurant financials including labor and cost controls
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
