General Manager Responsibilities:
- Provides fast, friendly, and helpful customer service
- Ensures all food products meet the standards of freshness
- Maintains an effective employee schedule
- Creates and maintains a well-trained, responsible, and committed team members
- Ensures effective orientations for all new employees
- Implements and provides ongoing maintenance of all training programs
- Conducts performance evaluations in a timely and effective manner
- Provides all aspects of supervision including: motivation, performance management, progressive discipline, and performance evaluations
- Implements and provides ongoing maintenance of safety programs
General Manager Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in a similar role
- Good math aptitude
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work extended hours (day, evening and weekend shifts as needed)
- Ability to multi-task
General Manager Benefits:
- Salary $60-70k paid hourly
