This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a high‑growth, start‑up‑culture environment and wants their work to directly influence retail presence, brand visibility, and commercial performance across North America.

· 100% employer‑paid medical insurance

· 401(k) with company match

· PTO

· Direct access to senior leadership and global marketing teams

· High‑autonomy environment with significant opportunity to shape the U.S. retail strategy

Requirements & Qualifications

· 5–8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or shopper marketing

· Proven experience building programs from scratch in a lean or high‑growth environment

· Background in CPG, consumer goods, or sporting goods strongly preferred

· Hands‑on experience developing:

· Planograms

· In‑store merchandising

· Fixtures and POP/POS displays

· Experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, or Criteo

· Strong cross‑functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

· High comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and PE‑backed pace

· Analytical mindset with experience interpreting retail media performance data

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus

Preferred Background & Skills

· Experience supporting sell‑in for key retailers (e.g., sporting goods, specialty retail, or mass merchants)

· Ability to adapt global assets for U.S. retail environments

· Experience managing trade marketing budgets, co‑op programs, and ROI tracking

· Strong project management discipline and organizational skills

· Positive, collaborative, and culture‑building mindset

Day to Day Responsibilities

· Build the full North America trade marketing toolkit, including planograms, POP/POS displays, fixture specs, sell‑in decks, and retail training guides

· Own the trade marketing calendar and coordinate execution across independent retail, key accounts, and mass merchants

· Plan and execute retail media campaigns across platforms such as Roundel, Criteo, Amazon Ads, and others

· Serve as the commercial bridge between the North America sales team and global marketing

· Support key account sell‑in with channel‑specific materials and merchandising programs

· Develop retail associate training materials to elevate in‑store execution and product knowledge

· Support new product launches with channel‑ready assets, retail media plans, and execution timelines

· Contribute to a hands‑on, entrepreneurial, culture‑building environment
