Compensation & Benefits for General Manager

  • $70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus potential

What You’ll Do as a General Manager

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance
  • Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
  • Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support local marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team

What You Bring as a General Manager

  • Proven restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with P&L, labor management, and inventory control
  • Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office
