Accounts Receivable Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Accounts Receivable Associate Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing/ distribution or similar industry
- Familiarity with NetSuite
Accounts Receivable Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions in partnership with local and corporate finance and sales teams
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls and email inquiries regarding receivables
- Investigate customer deductions to ensure they are legitimate and properly documented
- Maintain accurate records of all receivable activities
- Support ongoing efficiency improvements within the finance department
