Executive Chef

An iconic, destination dining establishment in the heart of Georgetown is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. This is a high-profile opportunity for a refined, hands-on leader who excels in elevated American cuisine, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader with strong operational and financial acumen who thrives in a people-first culture.

The Role

  • Lead all culinary operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and presentation
  • Set and uphold the highest standards in food quality and execution
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a sophisticated culinary team
  • Partner on menu development, refinement, and seasonal innovation
  • Drive strong financial performance through disciplined cost and labor management
  • Ensure flawless compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3+ years as an Executive Chef in an upscale, high-volume or luxury dining environment
  • Strong command of elevated American cuisine and contemporary techniques
  • Polished leadership style with a calm, confident presence under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
