We specialize in hosting intimate gatherings and celebrations of 350+ with exceptional service, curated menus, and thoughtfully designed spaces. Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary (30/40 hour work week) plus admin fees (total Compensation $75k- $80k)

  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard platforms (Tripleseat, Adobe)

Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with administrative tasks and detail-oriented under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Experience updating BEOs and closing events in Tripleseat
  • Skilled at creating custom floor plans for events
  • Comfortable using Adobe to design menus and event collateral
  • Able to input payments and deposits accurately into internal systems

Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Previous experience in event sales or coordination
  • Knowledge of hospitality or restaurant operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across events
  • Familiarity with venue layouts, table arrangements, or customer-facing event services
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
