Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Benefits and Compensation:

Salary (30/40 hour work week) plus admin fees (total Compensation $75k- $80k)

Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Requirements & Qualifications:

Proficient with administrative tasks and detail-oriented under time-sensitive deadlines
Experience updating BEOs and closing events in Tripleseat
Skilled at creating custom floor plans for events
Comfortable using Adobe to design menus and event collateral
Able to input payments and deposits accurately into internal systems

Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Preferred Background & Skills:

Previous experience in event sales or coordination
Knowledge of hospitality or restaurant operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across events
Familiarity with venue layouts, table arrangements, or customer-facing event services
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
