- Provide clinical supervision to associate and intern therapists
- Maintain an active caseload (15–30 sessions per week)
- Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Support therapist development through mentorship and coaching
- Contribute to clinic growth and community referral development

- 2–3+ years post-licensure
- Experience in outpatient therapy
- Interest in leadership, supervision, and team collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55–$65/hour clinical and supervision pay
- $30/hour training/admin time
- Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000
- Bonus potential ($2K–$4K annually)
- W-2 employment with administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing)
- Professional development and supervision training provided
Why Join:
- Collaborative, supportive team culture
- Leadership opportunity in a growing clinic
- Strong referral pipeline and marketing support
- Ability to focus on patient care, not administrative work
Schedule:

- Hybrid flexibility with primary onsite presence in Provo
If you are a licensed clinician looking for a leadership opportunity in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to connect.
