We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager who loves leading people, thrives in a high-volume, quick service setting, and takes pride in creating smooth operations and standout guest experiences.

QSR General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary in the $60K–$70K range based on experience, plus relocation support
  • Monthly and quarterly bonus potential tied to performance

QSR General Manager Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • Strong track record of building and mentoring leadership teams
  • Solid grasp of P&L, labor control, and cost management
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain, valid driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization
