Executive Chef – Boston, MA

High-End Casual Dining | International F&B Brand

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our Boston team and play a pivotal leadership role in delivering exceptional cuisine and a world-class dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire a talented culinary team within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in casual fine dining or upscale restaurant concepts
  • Strong culinary fundamentals with experience in high-volume kitchens (200+ seats preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first management style
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and sanitation standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a passion for continuous improvement
