We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-level, chef-driven kitchen within a respected restaurant group known for upscale American cuisine, scratch cooking, and a polished yet approachable dining experience. Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Lead all culinary operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution
  • Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen leadership and hourly team members
  • Uphold scratch-cooking standards with an emphasis on refined, approachable cuisine
  • Maintain disciplined control over food cost, labor, and kitchen systems
  • Collaborate on menu development, seasonal changes, and culinary innovation
  • Remain hands-on in daily operations, including leading services when needed
  • Serve as a steward of culinary standards, team culture, and overall brand integrity

Executive Chef Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in upscale or chef-driven dining environments
  • Strong background in high-quality, scratch kitchens with a focus on execution
  • Hands-on leadership style with presence, accountability, and humility
  • Proven ability to develop and elevate established teams
  • Stable career progression with demonstrated tenure in prior roles
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
