Executive Chef Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution
Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen leadership and hourly team members
Uphold scratch-cooking standards with an emphasis on refined, approachable cuisine
Maintain disciplined control over food cost, labor, and kitchen systems
Collaborate on menu development, seasonal changes, and culinary innovation
Remain hands-on in daily operations, including leading services when needed
Serve as a steward of culinary standards, team culture, and overall brand integrity

Executive Chef Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in upscale or chef-driven dining environments
Strong background in high-quality, scratch kitchens with a focus on execution
Hands-on leadership style with presence, accountability, and humility
Proven ability to develop and elevate established teams
Stable career progression with demonstrated tenure in prior roles
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
