We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Multi Unit Store Manager to lead our popular retail stores. As the Multi Unit Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the stores, including sales, operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that our stores are a vibrant and successful retail environment.
Multi Unit Store Manager Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the stores to ensure efficiency and profitability
· Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service
· Drive sales performance through operational excellence
· Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed store goals
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
· Foster a positive team culture through motivation, recognition, and open communication
Multi Unit General Manager Qualifications:
· Proven experience overseeing 3+ locations in a retail environment for at least 1 year
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
· New Store Opening experience is a plus
General Manager Benefits:
· Base salary of $60 – $70K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)
