An established remodeling company is hiring an Estimator to lead in-home sales for kitchen, bath, and related remodeling projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through trusted customer relationships, accurate quoting, and high-integrity selling within a team-oriented environment.

Estimator – What You Will Do

Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners and present tailored remodeling solutions
Build accurate, timely quotes and review them in person whenever possible
Conduct contract signings and pre-construction meetings alongside the assigned project manager
Attend final walkthroughs to capture upsell and referral opportunities
Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM data entry with 24 hour turnaround
Partner with the Sales Manager and Project Managers to ensure what is sold can be delivered

Estimator – What You Bring

3+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
High proficiency with computer software and CRM tools
Eagerness to learn new products and adopt new sales techniques
Calm presence under pressure and a high standard for honesty and integrity
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for job apps

Estimator – Compensation and Opportunity

Paid training and development period followed by commission pay
Mileage reimbursement on personal vehicle or possible use of company vehicle
Cell phone stipend and company laptop provided
